        The OpenRouter secret stays on the local server. Other optional provider keys are stored in this browser and only sent to their provider.

        Routes to any model and runs live web search for current places, reviews, hours, and closures. The key is read from OPENROUTER_API_KEY by server.mjs, never from this form.

        Each stage is isolated. Discovery and reviews use bounded live web search; selection and presentation only use the structured evidence from earlier stages.

        Costs are recorded per completed OpenRouter call. The API-reported cost is shown when available; otherwise Malem shows a token-and-search estimate. Web searches are capped at 15 results per research stage.

        The planner receives the original request, saved profile, live weather, and itinerary as one immutable context. It searches for real fashion pieces, then a separate vision model selects and audits model-free cutouts for each daily editorial board. No images are AI-generated.

        Delete locally saved ratings, review counts, summaries, and review links from every trip. It preserves trips, places, official source links, profile preferences, and the cost ledger.

        The outfit feed uses up to two cached full-look searches per style direction, built from your country, city, season, activities, vibe, wardrobe presentation, and modesty preferences. Results are de-duplicated and ranked in this browser using text relevance, visual similarity, and your Save/Open/Zoom/Hide history. No Pinterest login is needed.

        These become strong ranking signals — e.g. "vintage minimalist, no athleisure, warm neutrals".
